How is the coaching program designed?

Once a month, we have a chat on Google Meet. This could be when you're in the gym to get live feedback or just a chat. We'll see what suits you best.

During the chat, we talk about the last month of training and your life in general. What has worked well and what hasn't worked as well? What do you like and dislike? We do or talk about test results to evaluate the training. Then we create a training program for the upcoming month, together.

It's important that you are a part of the process and learn why and what we are doing. My goal is that you should know as much as me and be able to train yourself as an elite athlete.

By doing a monthly session, we ensure that your tailored training always develops into a better program.

During the month you have access to a personal chat with me where you can ask questions.

Who is Peak Life?

My name is Alex and I'm going to help you prevent injuries and increase your performance.

For more than 10 years, I've been working with elite athletes, rockstars, and hard-working entrepreneurs. Over the years I've developed a unique training philosophy that is heavily different if you want to become #1 or just better. There is a big difference in how you should train if you're a rockstar travelling 300 days a year or if you're an elite athlete going to the Olympics.

Regardless of how your life situation is, if you have discipline, my coaching will help you reach a level of performance you didn't know you had.

I don't think my education is important. But if you're interested, I've studied at the world-leading PT-school in Australia and I have studied Exercise Biomedicine at Halmstad University in Sweden.
